To be fair to Starmer and his government they seem too c be coming up with more and better ideas than Starmer May And Johnson were.

Asleep at the wheel. UK had the good life 2013-2018 with no boat as the EU took the migration hit.

Once immigration is under control as in Denmark the Welsh "Nation of Scantuary" looks a lot better.

Ive not seen the latest proppsals yet, but all parties MPs should realise the growing concern amongst the public, nearly everyone I meet have their moans and complaints about whats happening.
I believe its costing us £15 million a day , with approx 15 milllion pensioners that could provide heating in a room for each one a day.
today we hear of hospices closing for lack of money, how many , nurses, doctors, teachers could that supply.
we all hear form the do gooders about families , but LBH the pictures mainly show men arriving on these rubber boats
I see something drastically being done in a few years by all countries in Eu,

Maybe a Home Secertary with a decent plan to stop illegal immigrants draining UK funds .

Human Rights lawyer Sir Kier maybe is struggling to hold onto his very wobbly Throne and accepted his promised manifesto pledge , I will smash the small gangs asap .

The lefties and do gooders are already challenging a Goverment decision announcement .

Get this action through Parliament and maybe I will look at my voting choices as to the hot seat Starmer and his awful Cabinet have U turned more than a bendy bus on the Kingsway .

Senned Elections next May will be interesting for the Red Seats for now at least .

Even in her speech she admitted that this plan relies entirely on reforming certain articles of the ECHR. If the ECHR refuses to change its rules then this plan will never get off the ground. There are 45 nations who are involved in this so how can the weakest government in UK history think they can influence any of them to take action?

Again this is the issue when international agreements take precedence over parliamentary sovereignty. We have hamstrung ourselves.

Rupert Lowe (yeah i know) is today claiming that a whistleblower in the home office has provided him with data that suggests that there are over 53000 illegal migrants who have absconded/gone missing and can’t be found.

There was a report recently that 50 migrants claiming to be children had gone missing in Kent. There was also a report a few months earlier that 440 children were unaccounted for last year.

Surely losing 500 children should be a massive national scandal, especially when many of them are likely to end up in exploitation/sex/drug trafficking.

What the hell is going on and why are we allowing this to happen?

We live in an era of mass migration. It got worse after th " war in terror" and the forced collapse of middle eastern Dictators. .

The same people who claim " we want our country back" are the most vorcirforous in opposing Digital iD cards.

I lived in Turkiye for over 5 years and they have mandatory ID card s which are randomly checked by police.Turks accept this as the nation is a migrants highway and they suffered atrocities.

One wonders if the " disappeared" have any contact with the NHS or other services or simple slave workers in sweat shops.

We have a choice. Give up some privacy and allow Police to do randed m checks with mandatory id cards or the current situation where millions of untaxed people graft on services paid for by taxpayers while making big profits for foreign born crooks.

They are marketing digital ID as a way to stop people who don’t have the right to work from gaining employment but it’s a moot argument because they are all in the gig economy and employers have had a legal requirement to check right to work status on day 1 for years already or face a massive fine.

It will not solve anything on this front.

Illegal migrants going missing is not a new phenomenon, it’s been going on for decades and decades and they invariably end up working illegally or in the black economy.
To deal with the issue would require a huge amount of resources, because numbers of border force staff were cut post 2010 and they’d be playing catch up of a back log from many years ago.

Lots of the people and “children” who go “missing” head towards London where they link in with family, friends and other contacts who can sort them out with work. Unless they are locked up in secure environment, it’s impossible to stop them going missing.

What’s happening is a scandal, but it’s not a new issue.
