I think a complete clear out of the first team coaches is required. Nothing against KOL or RS but we're going nowhere fast and have been for years we need better leadership.

Just posted those alarming statistics on the other thread. I dont believe that is all down to the coach, I hope the new one proves me wrong.

That says it all.
Some stats could be construed as nonsense but that stat is glaringly obvious as to where we have gone wrong.
