It's f@ckin madness. Blackmore is saying he will continue on as interim manager. Some reports suggesting that he will be appointed permanently. What does all this mean? What happens if we get 4 points out of the next 3 games, does he then get the job? Yes, I would suggest. They want him, but are worried about fan reaction, so leaking a load if tosh about him having to prove himeself. Another inexperienced 32 year old leading us back to the PL. Hmm. I saw some interview saying that we as club clearly have no leadership or anyone steering the ship
If STILL was bought in to rebuild that takes time so he should have had more, if the owners didnt then like what they saw they should have sacked him knowing they had an experienced replacement lined up to walk straight in and right teh ship
To float along with an untried interim manager is madness and only exacerbates the problem

It's because they don't want an experienced manager, coming in and telling them some home truths. They want a yes man who's dream it is to be our manager and will do whatever he is told. The experienced guys have nothing to lose. The young guys toe the line and don't have the experience or know how to say otherwise. SR love this. Oh and the young guys are cheap.
