Yes, I do too.
I can understand the concerns given Matos' current level of coaching but I would also be optimistic given his credentials and what has been said about him and his style.

Just listened to a podcast with Matos.
He seems a very bright forward thinking coach.
Reminds me a lot of Roberto Martinez.

We have to go into the next appointment with an open mindset no matter who it is. Experience doesn’t guarantee the success otherwise there would be no experienced managers available


Our squad feels like it needs energy. If whoever comes in can provide that and get us on the front foot for the first time I years ill be happy. I also think we have a squad capable of it

Good post and agree.

I think we will all get behind whoever it is (with the exception maybe of Martin😁) but we all realise there are varying degrees of risk and this is somewhat up there.
