Even over the last 10 games we are still 23/24 with 9 points.
There are 19 games left to play. Last season Luton were relegated with 49 points.
If we replicate our form from the last 5 games over the remaining 19 games we are getting nowhere near 49 points. If we replicate our form over the last 10 games we would just scrape it, that’s assuming the target to stay up this season isn’t higher than last year.
Worrying times when you take into consideration that the absolute clowns in charge of our ultimate destiny seem totally incapable of learning from their multitude of previous mistakes.

We are dogsh1t and, worryingly, unlike poor seasons that have gone before, I honestly cannot see a way out of our current abysmal situation. I was there at The Dell when we protested under the dark days of Ian Branfoot when we had a feeling that, eventually, we would be listened to & things would change. And they did.
Under this lot however and I get the distinct impression that SR have got their manager in place and are not listening to anyone and will do whatever they think is best, even if it isn't working... which it clearly isn't. It feels like no amount of demonstrating will shift their stance and it also feels like no -one at the top has a clue what to do next. That's how it feels.
We'll go into the Sheffield United game & Pompey game exactly as we've approached the past several games ; in hope more than anything. Hope? We've lost all hope at this moment in time. Is anyone able to 'fix' it? It definitely feels not. Rinse & repeat. |  |
