Took my son, his girl friend and her brother (John) who are from North Wales. (Not my son hes from Enfield!)
When they were younger they were never allowed to go into Wrexham as it was full of spice heads, a real dead and forgotten town where there was not a lot of hope.
Since Hollywood moved in, the town has really changed for the better. Local business is more positive and the town has cleanded itself up.
So this was John's first visit to LR. He's only ever been to Anfield once or twice. He loved LOftus Road, said the atmosphere was amazing much better than LIverpool. He intends to visit more often when he's down and even insisted he wants a season ticket next year!!! |  |
