Working on the premise that we have a 4 point deduction for the 2 infringements for Ox and Ipswich, equates to 2 points per match, then we should only have a furture 2 points for Boro. This equals 6 points in total for all 3 infringements. So even if that was applied during this season still puts us in the playoffs. This to me shows the disproportionate nature of this "Independent" panels sanction does it not? |  | | |  |

Absolutely, agree. My main point with all this is that the sanction imposed for the playoff is massively disproportionate to what they have imposed for the 2 league games that were spied(scouted) on, in that they have set a spying charge verdict of 2 points per match, so therefore using THEIR verdict on that would mean only a 2 point penalty for the Boro game and not expulsion. This was trial by media and undue pressure from Gibson pulling all the strings he could, and is a Massively gross trial. | | | |
