Never played regularly anywhere apart from under his dad. There was a feature on them both on Football Focus at lunchtime, Allen snr. was gushing in his praise and saying how he could see himself in Charlie. Even after a handful of games, most Gills fans had worked him out.

His Maths is excellent. However, not so good on facts. I make it that Rhys Bennett is 21, Matty Pearson 19, and Joe Rafferty and Ryan Edwards are all but 19. Thus a lot closer to 78 to 73. I really hope Coleman can get his 4th straight away win...at Accy. With Jimmy Bell there seems to be a bit of a niggle with Accrington and he seems desperate to get one over them. With Accy flying high it will be a clash of the Titans. Meeting up for the first time since we clinched our promotion.
