25 man premiership squads 09:16 - Sep 7 with 1800 views

Just been looking through the premier league squad lists and notice that quite a few clubs have not selected a full 25. Everton and Liverpool have only named 19and20 respectively.
As they will presumably be looking to fill these spaces with out of contract players is this going to restrict the number of opportunities Harry has to bring in some big names on loan?

Think this is due to having quite a few players under 21 who they will include in match day squads

I think that just means they don't have 25 players over a certain age. Any player old enough has to go in the squad if there's space. Doubt Liverpool will be bringing in any unattached players.
