Am pleased, however, to see him actually referencing the opposition's players and approach for the first time this season, after my criticism of his relentless/suspicious broad-brushism heretofore. Perhaps he and/or his people read LfW? Given his emphasis on 'detail', he seems to be learning too.
Not confident about this one - they've lost two in a row, and we don't do quickish turnarounds away from home. The line-up will be interesting. Hope we'll prove me wrong.

Seems fair enough as a pre-match interview and seems more in line with what we want to hear so that's a plus. In terms of the game, I think we should go with the ACM's who are best fit for purpose from the start then bring on the ones who can affect the game later on. My personal preference would be Smyth on the right to start and Saito on the left, with Dembele and Poku coming on.
Up front I'd definitely continue with Rumarn and Richard together at least for 45 minutes - as they are our strongest threats. Maybe Bennie should come on up there at some stage.
I'd seriously consider putting Field in the starting line-up against his old team. I'd stick him at centre back instead of Cook. I can't remember him ever having let us down at centre back. [Post edited 28 Dec 21:03]
