How is this anything new from the previous story apart from the slant put on by ITV in the article?

CG haven't done or started a public consultation have they? Be very surprised if a decision has been made that excludes one of the development bidders and it not be directly quoted in the article or in multiple press sources.

Yes, that's where I saw the story before it popped up here; but his dad is the MD, and Geoffrey Warren (cousin of Frank Warren) is the main owner of CG I think.
