Was this the fella that nearly came to us when Briatore sacked Gregory ?
If so it will be interesting to see how he gets on at Swansea

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

He was our first choice ahead of De Canio. I liked his CV at the time. Think he even got as far as coming to a Tuesday night match at Preston and watching from the stands. Enough to put anybody off.

Even you, Clive?

That's when Guidolin realised that the Briatore Boutique wasn't the luxury emporium he had been told about.

I remember Guidolin from the good days at Parma (my 2nd team) Hes been around the block in Italy loads of clubs. Hope he does well at Swansea they deserve to stay up.

BTW Parma are top of their league Serie D 7pts clear I started following them when they played Antwep in the cup winners cup at Wembley They reminded me of QPR asthey came up through leagues When people complain of Rangers being a badly run club they should look at Parma they are" the" badly run club Good to see they slowly coming back to Serie A
The only player that has stayed throughout the mess is the captain Lucarelli still playing in serie D .A real hero in Parma

Weird decision this if it happens.

Curtis was taken on until the end of the season just a fortnight or so ago so to bring in a "head coach" to work alongside him seems very strange.
