What bollocks especially from the commentators. If you raise a leg high especially mid torso you have to counter balance using the opposite side of the body to retain balance. Therefore his left arm is in a natural position. You can’t keep your balance if you raise a leg and keep your arm down. That’s an unnatural position. Harsh decision and again making a mockery of the hand ball rules.
