I would love to see them see out their professional careers with us, but then stay and help out behind the scenes. Get their coaching badges & learn the trade with us. Heart, dedication & professionalism are words so rarely used in today's game, and these two could teach younger players, as well as players yet to sign, how things should be done with the right attitude.

Hill's doing his badges at the moment; trains a mate's kids team over Windsor way.
I basically told the guy that if his kid even learns about the right attitude from Hill he will be a better player. Mate says he is a really nice guy; which didn't surprise me in the least.

I've said the same about Derry for some time now. Of course, playing wholeheartedly week in and week out with an exemplary attitude doesn't mean that you will make a good coach.
