Goal line technology isn't the issue for me - it's video replays/video ref for penalties, red cards, offside goals etc

Goal line incidents are few and far between and could all be settled by a video ref within seconds anyway!

Yeah but you want an instant decision on a ball that crosses the line, not have to pull the game back or stop play to view tv replays multiple times if the defending team get away with one and start a counter attack.

Yeah but you wouldnt use it for things like that else you'd end up watching American Football where a game would take 5 hours to complete, the majority of which the players are walking around the pitch waiting for play to start whilst scratching their arses.
