Two home victories have pushes up the table and into positive points territory, now we have two away games and now need to push on and show the rest of the Championship we again mean business this season.

The first of these is Tuesday night against Birmingham City.

Last season saw a hard fought draw at St Andrew's and this year will still be tough, however we should not be afraid after the win over Millwall.

I can't see much of a change from the starting line up for this one, there is of course a doubt over Flynn Downes who has a cut over his eye, but James Ward-Prowse is the ideal and obvious replacement.

If Downes does pass muster I would also consider playing JWP in place of Cameron Bragg.

Otherwise it is hard to see where Tonda Eckert will make a change, although if last season taught us something about Tonda it is to expect the unexpected.

So we have to make it business as usual in our line up and business as usual on the pitch and in the league table.

For their part Birmingham have had a steady but not spectacular start to their season, starting with a 0-0 at Sheffield United, they then struggled at home to Bristol City and in their last outing won a hard fought game at Wrexham.

Our job now is to draw level with the Blues by beating them and in doing so overtake them on goal difference.

As I say it will be tough, but I feel that even without THB we have the squad to do it, as on Saturday the key is the strength off the bench, not many can bring on the likes of Fellows, Mubama, James Ward-Prowse & Lewis Dobbin and still have Same Edozie, Wellington on the bench and Caspar Jander to come back after injury and perhaps the odd player who we don't ship out by tomorrow.

On Saturday we could see the confidence return, going a goal down didn't faze us, we stuck to our guns and deserved the victory and we need to keep doing that week in week out.

We are still in uncertain times and it will be only the end of next month that we will perhaps know the outcome of the FA inquiry, but in the mean time we just have to keep on doing what we did so well last season and in the last week at St Mary's.

One step at a time in everything, we have risen from the bottom and back into positive points total, now we need to get into the top 6.

Three points at St Andrews is the next in those steps
