Can't see us winning tonight, hope i'm very wrong, but it seems Holloway is having a hard time getting his ideas through to the players, as he's said as much.
He's also having difficulties in knowing what his best formation/team is, so don't think we're gonna see a decent improvement in our play for at least a month or more. [Post edited 14 Dec 2016 16:39]

You can call it 352, but let's be honest, it'll be 532. Big difference.
Our supposed wing backs are full backs by trade. We are playing 5 defenders and no wingers. Hall will probably push up into midfield in possession to make this 3421 shape, but, again, looks like no width.
At Rotherham I was convinced Holloway was instructing them to play narrow and NOT get wide. With this line up, I think I was right.
I really hope it works. I really hope Perch and Bidwell do bomb on. But I am worried by this team. It should be very easy for any organised team to defend an opposition attacking them down the middle.

Ngbakoto is shown as a striker on the Offy website but who knows. Agree that it could be 5-3-2 but think we need to try to crowd out Derby in midfield | |
