Just had to check mine; log in then go to ticketing. Top right hand corner is a little person. Click on that and you should see it. 1985 points for me.

If you can get on to your e-ticketing part of the website, there’s a a head and shoulders icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click that and it should say how many loyalty points you have - at least it did for me!

Looks to be something of a scam, admittedly if they gave you 10 it's pretty much fck all but seriously why did I waste nearly 40 pounds???
