Swansea City v Southampton : Matchday Thread 2022 TUES 4th JAN 21:41 - Jan 1 with 25067 viewsNotLoyal

It’s the FA Cup which may or not may or not go ahead. It’s a may or not thing, and in 2022, this is the way things work. It’s not even May. Or not.

The full build up to the game before it is called off will be here !

Simon Hooper will replace Referee Scott as of Tuesday 4th January.
We all love an FA Cup third round tie, it’s the one after the second round where all the big teams from every round up to the third round have won their games, mostly. However, now they become the small teams, which seems odd, some even call them minnows, which I think is a child fish. Some people are called ‘Min’ so if someone called ‘Min’ hadn’t paid their debts it would be a ‘Min owes’ me money situation, as Glen would say. Of course once the big teams become the small teams they do become of interest to the televisual transmission people, and if they do have any debts they can sometimes pay them off.

Or if two premier league teams draw each other these smaller big teams are generally ignored. This is because the BBC likes to have the premier league sides on the tv because they haven’t got any money like Amazon and Sky to pay for proper games. And if they did they would give it away to people like Jimmy Saville.

Apart from Manning we don't seem to have any player prepared or capable of taking on their defenders.

Where fo BBC Wales get their commentators from. She keeps referring to an overload every other sentence are the floodlights about to fail. Why does she keep referring to Southampton as a premiership team. I thought they were in the premier league.

Shut up with your constant negativity. You clown is Pogba worth his 300k a week

Maybe you should chuck your hat in the ring to coach the Swans you got all the negativity have you got the solutions and the answers for a side in the Championship, trying to keep their heads above water? Answers on a postcard will do.

Negative Clown.

Max - the fact you describe us as club "trying to keep their heads above water" in The Championship says it all.

This is a side who reached the playoff final last season with no recognised striker in the squad.

We've since spent an astonishing amount of money, and found a striker who has played so well that he's courted attention from teams challenging for Champions League.

We should not be trying to keep our heads above water in this league.

How quickly and how substantially Russell Martin has lowered expectations here is incredible.

Bear in mind Max, football support is very confusing for Man U followers.

Man U aren’t a football club any more, they’re just a brand. A vehicle for flogging stuff. Nowt to do with on the pitch success.

It must all be very confusing for their brand followers.

She’s from Cardiff - she’s hardly likely to know much about football is she?

Jess Fishlock at half time - another curates egg. Is she Canadian?

Most of us are mate, but one person as always comes on to get his negative pennysworth in because he has a small d!ck.

And I suspect now that grimes is on the pitch another eunuch will come on soon.

Not creating anything yet is criminal. We'll probably get to 80mins and realise we need a goal.

Doesn't matter who we are playing mate the usual suspects would be on when we are playing badly or losing, they are the problem not the true jacks who get stressed watching us.

Is this really happening?
Forget the dwight trolling by Eddie and the Hot Rods;this is our club in the FA Cup.

We cannot even have a hot at goal.
Yet we till persist in stroking the ball around at the back creating problems. Any coach at all can see this folly.

If you take away the incessant trolling ,nothing alters the fact we are garbage and sinking like a stone.Until we all realise this and target anger at Martin not internet fans the better it will be.

Wake the fark up

Is he?

Much of their success prior to the red card was due to Obafemi not tracking back.

I'm not sure how you can single him out as "trying".
