Quite a few years ago some bloke tried to take his club ((Mansfield, Macclesfield, something like that) to Court due to a poor run of results but it got thrown out on the basis that in sport success is not a guarantee and you participate/spectate on that basis (*insert jokes here about Man City, Man Utd/Chelsea in the past*).
