I think you're wasting your time trying to identify one thing as the problem because its a culmination of factors. And, not for the first time in the last 30 years if we're honest.

That being said, the need for someone at the top with nouse, vision, and drive to set the course and sail us there is crucial. Frankly, we're again at the stage wherefolksneed to justify themselves and what they do. No point buying too many crocks, and being puzzled when they drop like flies. If you do gamble with one or two, then they have to be managed carefully.

It's back to being a mess again and you have to wonder if everyone involved with QPR will contine with it if all we ever seem to do is lurch from problem to problem. We can only flirt with the water swirling the drain for so long!
