If you would have said that from open play both Mani and Dev would have a lean goalscoring spell and yet we would still be top of an extremely competitive league, it would be hard to believe. So all credit to the team and management to keep finding a way to win reasonably comfortably during this time. The barren spell for the boys won’t last, and I fancy that to change for the Southend game.
I think the team ethic is shining through and we will remain very hard to beat while that is the case.

Southend have several injuries at the moment, and more importantly the game next Saturday will be pivotal for them as the could drop out of the playoffs for the first time in ages, so will very much up for it. That said I still think we will be top of the league this time next week.
Is the inflatable cover definitely being used for the Southend game? I don’t want to repeat of what happened last time I travel up for this match.

Dallas is Southend's most influential player, he's class at this level. He was injured yesterday and it's thought it could be a hamstring, if that's the case they will miss him next week. Played 19 and 15 wins. Let’s just keep the winning mentality going.
