Osmasic's ban for racially abusing Hannibal had never sat well with me. The blokes obviously not a nice man, on the football pitch anyway, but he was found guilty 'on the balance of probabilities', which is too low a bar as far as I'm concerned.

It's the legal standard that applies in civil and non-judicial proceedings, so it would be overly-burdensome and unfair for football to be required to operate to the higher legal standard of, beyond reasonable doubt.
