I thought he might have given him the eyes and hit it near post instead of trying to curl it around the keeper. He did have Kamara on the overlap behind him and also Poku to his right catching up. Dont blame him for shooting as the Kamara run opened it up for him.

Its a very good article but, and I am no fan of his, the little section on why the Prem followed a global model echoed Blair policies is IMO not true. Blair came in in 97, a good 5 years after the Prem. The Prem had already started to sell its rights all over the world to the highest bidders, including domestically BKSYB.
The central premise though that some of these investors/owners are becoming too big to fail or prosecute is spot on.

A deserved draw in the end with basically only 9 players for the last 10 mins able to run fully.
First half we played well and even though the pen was a bit iffy shall we say, we deserved the lead. Kemper had Bowen in his pocket, Smyth causing havoc and the midfielf 3 bossing the game.
Shame we couldnt hold on but what a double save at the end.

We are a different team this year, no doubt.

No chance. Of course I would absolutely love if we could, but by the end of the season he will be a 20 million pound keeper.
I think the best we could hope for would be another years loan.

I know some on here like Dark Winds. Season 4 starts on 17th Oct on U&Alibi on UK tv.

I have seen it and it is very good.

Also just watched the first episode of Pierre on CH4. Not bad. He has a QPR sticker hanging from his rear view mirroe in the series. Is David Harewood a QPR fan?
