Anyone else see this story about Celar at Fortuna?

Apparently, he and a teammate 'had words' and the management there seem to have washed their hands of him.

There was a few on here, that felt after scoring his goals at Cardiff, he was about to kick on. That kind of thinking has been seen as inaccurate, as he has near to 20 appearances at his loan club with zero goals and zero assists.

Him and Madsen had similar seasons last year.

Madsen for me always looked genuinely lacking in confidence but he tried to be around the lads, regularly socialising with Jimmy Dunne Lucas Anderson and various others with their coffee meet ups.

For me, Celar always simply appeared just disintetested rather than lacking in confidence and unlike Madsen, conjecture i know, but i doubt he tried to be mates with any of his other team mates.

And as we all could testify, am sure, any job is so much more bearable if you like or at least try to be friendly with your fellow workmates. Obviously being an individual player as part of a team game, this is so so important.

Whether, he is the type who prefers his own company, a great deal of the time, i know not, and for players its so important to be on good terms with your teammates.

i think it seems this season has gone down a similar road for him.

The two Cardiff goals were classy bur on occasions, you do see Sunday League players finishing like that.

It to me just appears he has zero appetite for the game.

Madsen for me had zero confidence last season, but his will to want to do well was there. With Celar, it always appears the last thing he wants to do , is play football, and sadly he does appear the loner type who doesnt want to join in. Its ok to be a loner, if thats your personality, but avoiding team bonding opportunities can impact on the pitch. i obviously dont know this, but it could be an extra element as to whtbthis has not worked.

Am sure, we have had many players, who feel less comfortable being around a load of different personalilities, but know they need to make the effort, it being a team sport.

Thats partly my theory with this player, but also i think his qualities as a player, even on top form arent that great either.

Even, Taylor Richards has scored this season. But a la Richards, we will mutually agree to Zan the Man to leave our establishment, and i very much doubt his football career will go much further.

Consigned to the memory banks and put in the QPR landfill sites....
