not sure we can say we are doing well on player trading when we haven't really sold anyone, at the moment it's similar to under les we are good at identifying good players Willock, Dickie, Barbet, Bright etc back then and plenty now but how good are we at selling at the right time and replacing or turning those good promising players into a good competitive team. We're yet to see that really.
