Absolutely awful from the linesman, have you seen the West Brom goal put in with his arm and got away with it
Officiating seems to have got worse
I see Heggbo has now been given a two game ban for deceiving the ref for scoring with his arm doesn't help Norwich though [Post edited 21 Aug 8:58]

I thought it was offside. But not sure what you mean by just accepting it? We can discuss and debate it all we want on here but the goal and score line stands, so not sure what you expect is to do about it 🤷♂️
Match officials make mistakes from time to time. I actually thought they did a decent job yesterday even if I disagree with their goal standing. [Post edited 16 Aug 11:27]

Watching it at 25% speed on YT with highres it's clear that there is an offside, but not by much. The kind of thing Var picks up and everyone says "OK, fair enough, hmm...", but more than the dreaded toenail.

I havent seen a replay yet, but hate the word barely in football,
Comms and pundits describing a shirt pull etc in the area, saying "barely enough to bring hi down" to me an old fart a pull is a pull, and worthy of a foul. |  | | |

Just watched it...yard offside, with possibly another player offsid in the build up. no idea where the lino was couldnt see him.......checking his post probably. | | | |
