CARDIFF CITY 3 CHARLTON ATHLETIC 1 Cardiff secured their first league win since returning to the Championship as Jack Moylan scored twice in this victory. Nobody had this spot-on, but 12 did get the outcome.
STOKE CITY 2 SHEFFIELD UNITED 1 Sam Gallagher scored a spectacular winner for Stoke as they came from behind to beat United in a game dominated by stunning goals. A massive 11 got this spot-on, in what was equally the weeks most predicted score, and a further 5 had the outcome.
LINCOLN CITY 1 SWANSEA CITY 2 Swansea returned to the top of the Championship as they came from behind to claim a hard-fought win. 3 had this spot-on, and another 11 got the outcome.
OXFORD UNITED 1 CAMBRIDGE UNITED 1 Ben Knight struck a second-half equaliser to earn Cambridge a point. Only gerry_us and Lewis_1 got this spot-on, and nobody had the outcome. 18 predicted a win for Oxford, with 11 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks other most predicted score.
SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY 0 STOCKPORT COUNTY 0 A bore draw in a game lacking in clear-cut chances. Nobody had this spot-on, though 4 did get the outcome. 17 predicted a win for Wednesday.
WIGAN ATHLETIC 0 WYCOMBE WANDERERS 1 Wigan slipped back to the foot of the League One table after a defeat at the hands of managerless Wycombe. 3 got this spot-on, and a further 6 had the outcome.
CREWE ALEXANDRA 1 SHREWSBURY TOWN 1 Shrewsbury earned a first away point of the season thanks to a goal from George Lloyd in a draw at local rivals Crewe, who remain undefeated this season. Only gerry_us and Blue4U2 had this spot-on, and nobody got the outcome, as the other 21 predicted a win for Crewe.
GRIMSBY TOWN 2 CRAWLEY TOWN 0 Grimsby continued their undefeated start to the season with a victory over struggling Crawley, who only had one shot on target. A great 8 got this spot-on, and another 14 had the outcome.
SALFORD CITY 1 SWINDON TOWN 0 Salford extended their unbeaten league run to four games with a victory over Swindon, who were another team to only have one shot on target.
We always look for the 10 game weeks to give us the big points in a season, and this week was one of the better ones. Despite three games failing to have a 3 pointer, the other seven more than made up for it, by producing 32 between them, mainly thanks to the efforts of Stoke and Grimsby. The pleasing thing about it was only two members failed to get a spot-on. On the other side, two members got three 3 pointers, they were gerry_us, who had the 1-1 draws for Oxford and Crewe, and the Stoke 2-1, and Lewis_1, who got the wins for Stoke and Wycombe, and the Oxford 1-1. They both also had two outcomes, to give them a share of being the weeks top scorer, with a brilliant 11 points. They are also the first ones to get a double figure score this season. Seven members did well to have two 3 pointers each, with the best coming from mfb_cufc and thrillseeker, who both got the wins for Stoke and Grimsby, and concordman, who had the wins for Stoke and Salford. They each also got three outcomes, to give them all an excellent 9 points. The other four were blueeagle, who had the wins for Stoke and Wycombe, and two outcomes, to give him a decent 8 points, Sector4 and thread, who each got the wins for Stoke and Grimsby, and one outcome, to give them both a decent 7 points. Finally NME_cufc, who had the wins for Swansea and Grimsby, and one outcome, to give him a decent 7 poibts.
In te Premier First of all well done to everyone for achieving a rare feat, by all getting at least one 3 pointer. A solid week for RSCOSWORTH, that included having the Stoke 2-1 spot-on, takes his run at the top to three weeks. Though his lead was cut by a couple of points, with the decent week for ghughes11, who also got the Stoke win spot-on. Having the Grimsby 2-0 spot-on, helped bwildered to remain third. The excellent week for mfb_cufc, moved him up a place to fourth. The Salford 1-0 spot-on for basher2010, but he drops a place to fifth. The excellent week for thrillseeker moves him up a couple of places to sixth. The decent week for Sector4 couldn't stop him dropping a place seventh. The decent week for blueeagle moves him up a place to eighth. After running away with Division One last season, noah4x4 is still finding his feet back in the Premier, and despite having the Salford 1-0 spot-on, he drops two to ninth. Just a point above the bottom three, who are only separated by the tie-breaker rules. Headed by BFG, whose decent week included getting the Grimsby 2-0 spot-on, ahead of Jorash63, who had the Swansea 2-1 spot-on, on the most 3 pointer rule, who in turn is ahead of concordman on the first to post rule. The excellent week for him was not enough to get him off the bottom, but things are looking a lot brighter for the current champ. Especially when there is only 13 points separating top to bottom in this division.
In Division One The lead changes again, as the top scoring performance from gerry_us moves him up a couple of places, and back to the top, after three weeks away. But it is only on the first to post rule from wessex_exile, whose decent week included getting the Wycombe 1-0 spot-on. The decent week for titters, after he had the Swansea 2-1 spot-on, moves him up a couple of places to third. Four outcomes for Tropical_Us, but he drops two to fourth. The top scoring performance from Lewis_1 moves him up a big six places, and off the bottom, to fifth. Taking the final play-off place is Daniel, after he got the Stoke 2-1 spot-on. It is status quo for thread in seventh, after his decent week. Despite having the Grimsby 2-0 spot-on, oxfcolu drops a couple of places to eighth. The decent week for NME_cufc couldn't stop him dropping a place. Despite having more outcomes than anyone in both leagues, Blue4U2 remains tenth, after getting a season first 3 pointer, with that Crewe 1-1. Three outcomes for unitedwhites means he drops to the wooden spoon spot. Though just like in the Premier, there is only 13 points separating top to bottom.
