Exactly right. A proper TEAM rather than a collection of big name individuals. Similar to West Brom/Norwich/Newcastle. Well scouted and honest players with a clear job in the team and the motivation to carry that job out beyond just a pay packet

As Simmo said earlier I'm looking forward to us having a go at teams , we have some decent if not good players in the squad , Hughes was sucking the life out of them week by week game by game . Arry will give them a bit of a rocket for sure but they will know week in week out what's expected , what formation to play simple stuff Hughes couldn't get across . Never been so glad a manager has been sacked . As I'm sure a few players will be. Actually think we could get out first win at Sunderland now |  |
