I didn't watch the game yesterday, but i read on the match thread Lloyd went off with a hammy. Has this been confirmed anywhere? If true my heart goes out to the lad and i hope he recovers soon.
Vale and Poku are both very poor defensively. Definitely an issue we need to address. Dembele and Saito likewise. Our only wide man that can defend as well is Paul Smyth.
Maybe Steve Bould needs extra time on the training pitch with these guys doing defensive drills.
We have four or five decent full backs, but against the better teams, we need our wide men up top to help, because the full backs can't do it all alone. Four of the five are poor defensively.
Definitely for me an issue that needs looking at. Saints opened us up on the flanks with ease yesterday !!
Two stand-out ones for me today. Kone really IS back, quality strike today, echoes of some of his goals last season. A confident striker’s goal. Chair back on the pitch, albeit for ten odd minutes including added time. With Vale chronically out of form, we need a fully fit Chair out there. Should be good for at least 30 mins V Burnley.
In our last four games, we have won and lost every second one by a minimum of three goals. I wonder when did we last experience such a sequence of dichotomic results and did it stretch for longer than four matches? Bit of a ‘rollercoaster of emotions’ to say the least.
Doesn't shy away from what went wrong. Got to solve this thing where we end every game with 10 men on the pitch. I think JS has to drum in some concentrations lessons from this one because a few players seemed to switch off at set pieces, which is unlike us. Hopefully tighten up in the next two games at home.

The Chapel Arms is the nearest pub to St Mary's SO14 5GB. We are approximately 400 yards from the away end/coach park. Outside the pub is a great burger van, and you can sit and eat your food in the bar, BUT YOU MUST BUY DRINKS AT THE BAR and clear up any mess. Remember, our SPIES WILL BE WATCHING.
Ernie played as a winger for Rangers in the 50s. A friend of mine, now in his 80s with some serious health problems, grew up in Willesden and supported the Rs in his youth. He has told me about the time he saw Tony Ingham on the bus smoking a fag. Times are different! He was a big fan of Ernie Shepherd.
Dennis, my friend, still feels connected to QPR although he hasn't been to a game for many years. He is coming to the Sheffield United match on the 28th November.
This is a long shot but I wondered if anyone had some memorabilia of the Rs in the 50s and possibly even of Ernie. I'd love to be able to give Dennis a memento of those days.
I'd be happy to buy something if any Rs fans from that time have memorabilia. Many thanks in advance.
