Apart from his dive for a pen against us last season, which put me right off him as a player, I had always thought he was one of those magic "just knows how to score a goal" players. I remember him getting a hat trick (or was it four?) for Forest against us in an FA Youth Cup game. I know he was £7 million a year ago but I wonder if his stock has fallen far enough for us to make a cheeky bid now we need another striker.
