voucher for live games issues 18:54 - Sep 11 with 625 views

My mate (honest its not me) received his voucher code but when he has entered the code as instructed he gets an error message stating

Authentication cookie has not been sent.

He has emailed back to the club however this was around 6pm . Hopefully they will resolve it before the game starts.

Anyone else experienced this?

Get him to clear the cache in his browser, log out and back into the site again.

If that still doesn't work then speak to the club.
