Rightly angry words about most of the second half but right tactics to start with.
A few observations.
1. Chair looked a bit hungrier
2. Win lose or draw Albert is quality
3. Our central defenders really care but Christ they are slow and lack spacial awareness
4. Kane. After his flying header at the end of last season and today's Charlie Austin style hit which again flew straight in is Kane, for those of my age, our secret Paul Warhurst option? He never looks truly at home unless he has no time to think and is about 12+ yards out, in which case he seems to bury everything that comes near him. They should chuck him in as an occasional striker in training and see if he really is someone who we can occasionally shove up front like Wednesday used to do with Warhurst to great effect. |  |

Liked the reference to the angry words after the game about the second half. Hopefully both from him and from the players. You cannot keep giving penalties away.
Interesting comment about Chair “and Tom Carroll”. Indicated there was a tweak in shape to push Carroll further forward and leave Cameron on his own deeper.
The real thing about the performance that made it work, IMO, was having Chair at no. 10, with BOS and Adomah out wide. They all played well, linked up well, and looked a huge threat. |  | | |
