Really excellent this. There will of course be those saying yeah but it's got to show in results quickly but I love that he has identified the mentality problem and is addressing that specifically in extra sessions. I love how much he loves the club and I also love that he said that the squad is very gifted and technical but he wants to see the same graft he and his team mates put in when he was here. There's no lack of passion and compared to Critchley, who I am sure cared hugely, Gareth's passion and enthusiasm is different level. I really hope the players repay him and the fans traveling there on Saturday. Just don't lose it and go there looking for the win, as he says. Glad to hear Chair's injury may not be as bad as suspected.
