Defence for Saturday??
There is NO Defence!
In my personal opinion, they are ALL Guilty one way or another of:-
Fraud
Deception
Negligence
Confidence tricks
Demanding support under false pretences
Failing to deliver goods
Impersonating football players
Causing unrest (in my head at least!!)
Inciting public disorder (wait for the chanting!)
Wasting energy
And any number of other associated “crimes” against their supporters
Trouble is we are being sent down with them!!
They should be summarily fined and their match fee or salary where etc coaches should be paid to local charities!!
You, the judge, have seen all the evidence for the prosecution
The prosecution rests its case and, if you do not condemn, in what could be a first for British Justice- the prosecution shall appeal !!! [Post edited 25 Oct 2023 14:46]
