Apple Music/I Tunes grief help. 19:20 - Jun 4 with 761 views

I have been with I-Tunes for as long as I can remember, I'm using an iPhone 10.

I've signed In and out a zillion times but no playlists on my phone, I flatly refuse to subscribe £10.99 PCM so currently have no music on my iPhone.

All the playlists are there but are ''greyed out''

Help.......
