Don't see what the problem is here to be honest, you send young players out on loan to develop and the closer relationship you have with the other manager involved will only help to ensure that.

I know technically there is nothing wrong, i just seems slightly unfair on other managers in that league that could potentially offer equally good if not better loan opportunities are passed up because they are not related.

It is clearly favouritism and as others have said, Man U will just recall them if Jnr gets the tin-tack.
