Hope this doesn't affect attendances but it surely will, for me football on the tele is and will never be the same as being there. It will be interesting many in the UK decide to watch it for £10 and how much we make from it

I prefer to be at games all day long but having had kids recently has knocked that on the head for a while.
Whilst there are many fans who live abroad who can't get to games, for those that can I just hope it doesn't mean they give up as travelling costs, the time involved etc can have a huge impact even if the latter is part of the 'match day experience'.

Going to games can take up a whole day. Now it's "yes luv, I can do the shopping/mow the lawn/DIY/Walk the dog etc" and still watch the game on the TV or tablet.
