I love my Rangers but that was the Rangers from 1978 to 1998 I reckon. Then it went all cobbleroondy.

And knowing who plays for Rangers. Because I have t got a clue. But I can recall the team v Shrewsbury away in 1980. Lost 3-0 Bob Hazel was sent off.

Amazing 41 years on, still have great memories of that season. I went on the Special to the Shrews game too. At that point (late March) we were still on the fringes of promotion. Tubbed 3 0 but then went to Stamford Swamp the midweek after & beat the league leaders 0 2. That screwed their promotion up :-)
Was this the Shrews game where Wolves fans "wished us all the best" when we changed engines at Wolverhampton? | | | |

If so I was on that Special as well. I was with a group of lads and one of them had Epilepsy but he liked a scrap. When it all kicked off he ended up having a fit and had to be taken off the train to hospital. The first and only time I have ever seen anyone like that fortunately. [Post edited 19 Oct 2020 8:29]
