Good lord,

2 nights ago, i bought a ticket for tomorrow.

They took my money and bounced me out of the site.
i even have a confirmation number

But no e-ticket has been sent.

So today, FOMO kicked in and in thinking i did something wrong, fought hand and foot to get a ticket, eventually i got one, purchased it and got bounced out again.

so ive mistakenly purchased 1 ticket to many but have not got an e-ticket..... WTF?

what the hell's going on?

20 minutes listening to uncle albert telling me he's ahead of me in the queue! FFS

You never get an e-ticket for away games.

You'll need to collect them at Burnley.

meanwhile, im hanging on 40 minutes now to get a refund on the duplicate ticket, unless someone wants it for a drink?

Drop the box office an email. They're usually really quick to reply and will sort you out.
