It's not working because of everything after the ampersand (&), so if you remove '&t=34s' it should work.

LFW can only handle the basic YouTube urls (in this case v=Q4dEEzkSgEU), not anything added at the end, in this case &t=34s (start at the time of 34 seconds into the video).
