Bawdrip added 21:22 - Feb 14 A good win in a close game. Some solid performances throughout the team. A deserved win. A huge gamble to rest 10 players AND have a bench full of youngsters when they rested six. To do both was a step too far for me but it paid off (just). If it had gone to penalties I''ve no idea who would have taken them. I fear that will be the end of our run though. The next round is the Saturday before the midweek game at WBA and the Saturday morning match at Coventry. I'm sure he'll rotate the team again and I can't see us getting away with it twice. Still it was great to beat Leicester three times this season (my son in law is a Leicester fan) and it eases the memory of the 0-9. The six points they had deducted was the minimum punishment they could have received.
