Yeah, away at bottom club Preston this weekend - followed by at home to 2nd bottom club Derby after that - two very winnable games. You couldn't ask for a better run than the bottom two clubs up next. I know you shouldn't 'count your chickens' etc etc (look what happened when we played at home to lowly Bolton recently), but 2 games we should be winning to keep the pressure on and up in the mix. |

We'll get better once Scienza, Larin and Jander get back to fitness.

Maybe Tonda can work his magic at half time. It's only 1-0 so not much in it.
It all depends on whether Tonda has a change of gameplan for the second half & what, if any, changes he makes. Whatever he decides, we don't want more of the same second 45. That was utter dogshit if I'm honest. |

Dreadful 1st half by Saints. We've produced absolutely nothing.
Big, big improvement needed in the second 45. Change it up a bit Tonda. Dobbin on for Mubama for a start.
No Scienza, Larin or Jander means it could be a long night. I'd grab a draw with both hands right now. |

Hope so.
I've got to take bowel prep ready for a colonoscopy tomorrow at the hospital while the game is taking place, so I might miss a fair bit of the action. I have a little DAB radio in the bathroom though right beside the loo, so Radio Solent will be a godsend tonight.
3 points tonight and I don't care what they shove up my arse tomorrow (within reason of course).  |

Another tough one this one. WBA are playing well - but so are we. I'm always tempted to say in games like these that I'd be happy with a point tonight... but sod it, we need to beat teams around us, so anything other than a win will be somewhat disappointing.
I'm going 1-2 Saints with Scienza and Jack Stephens (headed goal from a corner) the goalscorers. COYS. |
