A bit harsh on some there, Saito, Dembele are good enough on their day, just need more days and a repaired ACL. We haven’t seen Obikwu play yet to be able to have an opinion. You could list the positives and come up with a similar number. I do think we are learning by those mistakes . Luke Amos was good enough unfortunately his ACL’s weren’t. Fingers crossed numpty. |

You know keepers kit launch with no keepers says a lot. Spoke to Sheff Wed fans yesterday who would have Cooper back in an instant. |

Ordered it today naked of sponsor and Chloe at the club brilliantly helpful. Honest enough to say ones with sponsors name will arrive 1st but orders being put in with Errea. I wish they had added a PR after the Mr Q |

My wife and daughters looked at away kit and said “that’s nice” . 3 totally non football liking females so there might be an answer. Mind u I would be even more disowned if I bought them all one. Personally like away kit with blue shorts and socks, home shirt not a patch on last season. |

So our record against promoted teams is won 3 lost 3 Trying to get my head around what that actually means. Probably means Hull being relegated won’t be good odds Or on the day we can play. Pleased for Hull though |

Love it, so love it. Him and Kone both had really tough back stories, honest about Wrexham. Wearing the shirt, not the same but similar in openness to Madsen interview end of last season |

Spot on, that’s what I was trying to say in a roundabout way above. Good to see, shame Pearman not rewarded after his hat trick |

Makes you realise, add Burrell, Kone, Kolli, Dunne, Dembele, Poku and Obikwu ( he is meant to be good) and Field the squad is not as shallow as some suggest. |

Yep Prem for me but with the formation of European Super League we finish 12th. No cheats in the Prem though. Ronnie and Jimmy hit milestone as most games as centre half partnership. I get my state pension !!! |

Add Emerson Sutton, Cian Dillon, guy on bench yesterday ( can’t spell his name) and 16 year old winger who also warmed the bench. Despite Boro and Swansea I reckon Tylon Smith breakthrough next season, did everyone see how quick he is before the stupid pen given. Oh and Akand Akin Akon, the big left foot Scottish centre half Whole season of Illias with a point to make next season. |

Back to the game, a number of us in the Stanley stand were purring at the way we were playing it just needed the 2 goal gap. Their 1st goal was so lucky, misfit to one of theirs to get a shot in. On reflection I would rather lose yesterday when it meant nothing, but we were mugged by a team that seemed to get bigger with every substitution. On the injuries, hindsight is wonderful but Burrell has played for a few weeks in short spells as has the others so looks like a controlled return to fitness. Sadly Poku is obviously a serious problem. Over 3 months for Burrell, Poku, Jimmy, Obikwu et al to get fit again, should be more than enough. We did play some lovely stuff yesterday but goals against tell the story. Have a great close season guys and girls. |

It looks to me this is the only realistic option on making us a sustainable club in tandem with player trading, which is the aim of the ownership. We have to respect that as not many of us could put in £2M each month to keep the lights on. For the owners they get a profitable Real Estate deal to hopefully reward their loyalty to the club and we don’t get a West Ham type stadium. The transport problems must be overcome because the whole idea of flats and regeneration doesn’t work otherwise. I so love LR, as did my dad and grandad, but ……. Mind you get in the Prem next year and who knows we might be able to dig down COYRS |
