totally agree. too slow, never once gave Burrell a quick ball into space for him to put the burners on. loads of possession but as you say, no urgency. all fur coat and no knickers! and we need a centre forward
we seem to have lost all ability on close control- every player has acquired a particularly heavy touch.. and we can't string any passes together anymore either. barely troubled their goalkeeper and look unlikely to cause anyone too many scares . we've gone to a place called mediocrity...

I don’t think he touched the ball in the second half? he hides and so in midfield we’re always one short. Poor- but we were poor all over the pitch today. We desperately need some to show for the ball and try and dictate play .

the strange thing is - in almost all other areas the agent works for their client and charges them 20%( or whatever their agreed fee is). is football the only game where the players don't pay the agents? For instance, does Brad Pitt's agent charge the film company or studio for negotiating his clients services? seems a bit odd to me...
