I believe they accidentally leaked it on Instagram at the same time as the home kit. If that's true, it's a pink with a sort of silver/metallic badge? It's nice though! |

Concerns around the level, obviously, but the management team know him and we're confident enough to pay a fee for him. He creates chances so you'd hope he's a number 10 type, or it could mean someone from the midfield is off... |

I really like it. I can see the appeal of going back to blue and black stripes and personally would have preferred it, but this kit seems to be a more modern version of the 95/96 retro kit they brought back as a limited edition a few seasons ago - hence the red chevrons.
I agree it could easily be an Oldham/Carlisle/A N Other kit but I still really like it. |

Beckwith is an interesting one for me. Gem of a player, but where does he fit in a back 4? Can he do LCB alongside EEL? Is he mobile enough at LB for a high intensity system? I think he was TOTS LB before we signed him wasn't he? [Post edited 4 Jul 19:41]

Can't even remotely compare the two cases in my opinion. We have a settled 1st XI, riding a wave having achieved 106 points, with a club and ownership running really smoothly so any manager should be able to come in and hit the ground running |

It has to be us or Salford. Might be wrong but this doesn't strike me as a Salford type of appointment, surely they'd only go for a name or a manager with EFL experience like previous [Post edited 8 Jun 9:14]

Suggestion online was that Challinor was the only one to leave, not his background staff, I wonder what that means for Jim and his team - that could be the hold up [Post edited 5 Jun 14:06]

Could be a lot of things holding it upto be gair. Regarding backroom staff, I'm sure I read that Challinor was the only one leaving and not his staff, which makes you wonder how that works with Jim and his team. |

I agree with McBride. I rate him and he seems to be the type of number 10 we are all crying out for - more direct, drives with the ball etc. That said, Jim clearly doesn't rate him or he'd have been in the team more this season...
Interesting to note that he isn't in Marbella with the others, which could be something or nothing. Neither is Gomez-Mancini, who probably doesn't know anyone having barely trained, but then neither is Francis who will almost definitely be here next season. |

From what I recall, it was worded along the lines of "one way or another he will be at a league club" - his contract is up, but we have an option in our favour which I would expect us to exercise |
