JWP was never mobile or a tackler, defo valuable mainly for free kicks from outside the box. Wasn’t a notable leader on the field so I don’t see what he offers now.

Some extreme comments amongst some fair notes.
Starmer is more than a drip; he was slow to act on Mandelson after sneaking him to the USA job, slow to act on grooming gangs and still allows questionable actions by Miliband and is now recruiting two 75 year old has-beens to deflect from his poor actions. His major weakness is being bullied by far left to extreme welfare spending.
The NHS has been sliding towards privatisation for years, state pensions without doubt will remain. Poverty will always remain as it defined by the calculation of those on lower than 60% of the median household income.

No-one has mentioned that Gorton is roughly 80% Muslim and Denton was roughly 80% Labour.

The crazy Greens were smart enough to have their Gorton leaflets in Arabic.

There was also mumbling at the count how there was numerous attempts in Gorton to have illegal joint votes at the boxes.

Ratcliffe’s poor choice of words maybe but his companies are paying taxes as are his employees. His reference was for the likes of Tower Hamlets which is like a ghetto of immigrants, low employment high support costs. Immigration housing is very costly passed on in increased taxes, you ok with that?

I totally agree it would be crazy to appoint someone else. This guy actually thinks deeply about the game and the players roles. Those preferring a more experienced manager should remember how many experienced managers we've paid big bucks to and got very average or poor results.

So no pride in the club and not earning their generous wages. Experienced players should be leading the team. You can't choose your boss in any job. Armstrong should be ashamed. what spoilt brats a lot of professional footballers are, guess we already knew that.
