Anthony Gordon marks 20th birthday with ceremonial football match — Report
at 19:29:36

Enjoyed that as alway,

Brazilian commentary was amusingly very similar with equal interest about Gordon and in particular his birthday. I also find the Brazilian commentators really really annoying the way they shorten the names,, so they only ever referred to PNE as "Preston North" and us as "Queens Park", it really grates!

I did find it particularly funny that the 2 Brazilian commentators on ESPN were so amazed by the level of shithousery regarding Cunningham's theatrics, which for Brazilians to be shocked is quite the barometer for just how awful it was.. and they also both felt it was a good and entertaining game - another indication of just how unwatchable Brazilian league football usually is.

Hull profit from Green’s latest catastrophic calamity — report
at 17:04:25

I really like Polter, I am desperately hoping he proves everyone wrong and becomes a real legend, he has such a great name for starters... The Polter Geist, Lightining Polt, an Absolute Polter.. he looks like Bjorn ironside from the series Vikings, and has a battling 110% effort style.. I think in an old school style big man little man 2 up top, he could be useful, would like to see him get a run alongside Chaz and see what happens.. He is the classic unknown player bought from an unknown league that you dream of becoming a really gem.. rarely happens but it's the type of signing that always excited me, more than the old has beens. The Gregory Goodridges, Nick Ward types,, they rarely come off, but they are what makes me love supporting QPR. Signing big names usually ends in equal or greater dissapointment and at far greater stakes it seems.

Cheers HK...good review.

I remember that Blackpool game...boy was it hot under a tin roof. But watching that video i can't help noticing that they are all playing in enormous shirts...must have been using all the XXL left overs I guess...
