The colours represent the Argentinian flag. A lot of Welshmen settled in Argentina back in 1865. The Welsh language is still spoken in parts of Patagonia.
Sorry if the group are not obscure enough. My fault as I just buy stuff I like. I am not a follower of most music and musicians and know little about their popularity. Hell, I don't even know any of the names of the Fleet Foxes band members.
I'll have another stab at musical obscurity with Tom Pacheco who I saw in a bar half a lifetime ago. My kids were young then and they are in their 40's now. There were probably less than two dozen people in that bar and the guy put on a magnificent performance with just a guitar and an amp.
