Half Time - Bin it Comp

Just wondering if anyone has seen the competition 'bin it to win it' at half time before?
I'm doing it this Friday and wondered how many goes you get or potential prize is up for grabs?
I might miss the bin and accidentally hit Terry flush in the face which would be a prize in its self! ;)

This week's QPR podcast
at 14:14 31 Aug 2017

I agree sadly. Always listened but this season it's dropped in standard and any decent guests aren't allowed to speak. Having a top comedian on and others doing the jokes doesn't make sense for a start. The constant interruptions are too frequent now as is the talking about yourself rather than QPR.
Would be great to have David Fraser, Clive, Mel and one of the two Chris's every week but understand why it isn't.
The audio is too low also.
This isn't a personal dig to any of the guys but be a shame if the pod loses listeners after all their hard work and I do enjoy Paul's heartfelt thank you to the legends they speak to.
I like the phone calls to players and think it's a good feature.
The last two shows I haven't finished and previously I've heard every pod.
If David can't host then hoping Chris Charles can.

3-5-2 it is?
at 14:08 4 Aug 2017

I would be happier with a flat back 4 as 352 rely's on Hall playing.
You can't have a formation dependant on one player but let's see what happens.
I'm sure it won't be as rigid as he want's it to be.

3-5-2 it is?
at 12:59 4 Aug 2017

By all accounts, it looks like Ollie has settled with a 352 formation after much tinkering last season.
If Washington gets to stay up front and has a partner with him, I'm all for it.
Centre midfield we have loads of options but I'm worried about the back 3.
if we go with Perch, Ned and Lynch, I'm concerned we will revert to going long as they aren't really suited with the ball at their feet.
Bournemouth noticed early we were trying to split the 18 yard box and trying to get Smithies to roll it out and start the play from the back. I was relieved when they pushed right up on us because without Hall, we don't have the ability to play it out from the back. Lynch has a decent left foot on him but aims for the channel every time. Perch is a massive liability just begging to be sent off in games and Ned with the ball at his feet looks uncomfortable although as a defender, is very decent at this level. If Mass can get it off them quickly then we may be ok but I'm concerned we will get it off Smithies and then punt it long which Smithies could just do himself.
I'm actually pleased we haven't gone mad in the transfer window, I think we have enough in our squad to improve this year and settle the side down.
Scowen looked decent against Bournemouth so hopefully he is a great find.
I would like a ball playing centre half to come in, possibly a loan as we are short there but if not, maybe Caulker could emerge and fill in after all his problems.
I'm quite optimistic for the season ahead, mid table would be a good effort and think Manning, Freeman and Washington could really kick on this season.
Wing backs will be key and we will rely on decent quailty for the front two.
Hoping Furlong gets more of a chance and Eze gets some minutes if Ollie feels he's ready.
Roll on tomorrow.

Me neither. Either way, our players have been damn unlucky. Always seem to be an important player at the time of the injury as well sadly.

Curse of the ACL injury

Surely no other club has had this injury effect their squad as much as us in recent years.

From memory these players have all suffered this horrendous injury:

Gallen, Carlisle, Langley, Shittu, Rowlands, Buzsaky (twice), AJ, Faurlin (twice).
I bet I've forgot a few as well.

Lets hope Ale makes a full recovery. Class on and off the pitch.

Confidence Throughout our Season
at 09:20 1 May 2013

Its obvious our main problems have been not playing as a team, players not pulling their weight and a split in the dressing room due to the likes of Bosingwa and Cisse but I think since the 5-0 hammering on the opening day, we have never played with any confidence.
Andros Townsend and Julio Cesar in January aside, all our players (including the ones who did try) have been devoid of any confidence at all due to the regular losses and lack of spirit.
I think one of Harry's main jobs is to get in players like Townsend (probably won't get him) who are young, hungry and full of confidence.
I know people say as soon as a good player joins us they turn rubbish like they're saying about Remy the last few games but without confidence, any player in the world would look below par. Harry needs to install belief, team spirit and above all, confidence throughout the squad because next season some clubs will see us as their biggest game and we need to be ready this time.

A letter to my unborn son about why QPR are great.

Thanks very much. Talksport wouldn't know about a club like QPR even if it jumped up and bit them on the arse. The whole station and its presenters are there to antagonise. It's a shame because there aren't many stations who have a great sporting in put and they abuse the privilege.
